So, I think if you plan on playing games and apps on your Apple TV like a console I would definitely pick this controller up since it feels much better playing games on than the Siri remote included with the Apple TV. So to start out the controller is wireless and connects via bluetooth to your Apple TV. Today I will be talking mainly about using it on the Apple TV 4 because that is its main selling point.
